Sharp has introduced a tablet PC on the Galapagos A01SH hardware nVidia Tegra second generation, equipped with a 1-gigahertz dual-core ARM-processor and 1 GB of RAM.

The gadget has a built-in flash module of 8GB, slot for card format MicroSD, adapters, wireless Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth 2.1, accelerometer and light sensor.

Galapagos A01SH equipped with a 7-inch display with 1024 × 600 pixels, Face 2-megapixel camera and a basic 5-megapixel.

With the size 195 × 122 × 12,6 mm and weighs about 390 tablet

From a fully charged battery can provide up to new seven and a half hours.

In Japan, the device goes on sale before the end of August.
